The next day should not start with “where are the photos?”
We deliver your edited photo gallery the next day after coverage, so your team can send a recap, thank partners and share the moment while people are still talking about it. For multi day events, we plan next day gallery delivery for each covered day.
Videography is scoped separately, with the format and delivery schedule agreed before the event.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE
Spot My Face
Give attendees a faster way to find themselves in the event photos without scrolling through the full gallery.
- We provide your event gallery access for attendees.
- Guests choose or upload a clear reference photo of their face.
- Face matching surfaces the event photos in which they appear so they can view and share their moments.
This option is planned with attendee notice and consent. We confirm the gallery setup with your team before the event.

Do you travel for conferences and corporate events?
Yes. Ti Adoro Studios is based in Tallahassee, Florida, and available for conference and corporate event coverage nationwide. Send your event dates, city and venue so we can discuss availability and travel as part of your proposal.
When will we receive our event photographs?
Your edited photo gallery is delivered the next day after coverage. For events spanning multiple days, we plan next day gallery delivery for each covered day, so your team can share recaps and thank sponsors while the event is still fresh.
Can we book photography, videography and social content together?
Yes. Photography, videography and an optional content creator can be planned together. Video formats, editing and delivery dates are agreed before the event. The next day photo gallery timeline does not automatically apply to edited video.
How do you plan sponsor and speaker coverage?
We review your agenda, priority speakers, sponsor commitments and intended uses before the event. Share the moments, branding, booths and partner interactions that matter most so they can be included in the coverage plan.
Can attendees get professional headshots at our conference?
Yes. On site headshots are an optional add on for attendees, speakers or executives. We plan the setup, appointment windows or walk up format around your venue and schedule.
What does the Spot My Face upgrade do?
Spot My Face helps attendees find photographs they appear in within the event gallery. Guests choose or upload a clear reference photo, and face matching surfaces relevant images. We confirm the gallery setup and attendee notice and consent with your team before the event.
What should we send you for a quote?
